While we were away there was a flood in our house. It was bad! We emailed Aaron at Allstate in Issaquah. They called the clean-up and dry-out folks and by the time we got home 5 days later repairs were in progress. Out “stuff” was, for the most part, safe. They suggested a construction company. The people who worked with us ( Service Master) initially were terrific and so very sweet and competent. It was a big project and we love Allstate. They are not only competent but they were there during a very very stressful time. There is a reason we have been with them for more than 15 years!

We have worked with Aaron Lee at Aaron Whitcomb Insurance and Aaron has been very helpful. Initially we responded to a flyer in the mail to get lower car insurance rates and have switched all of our insurance, home, auto, cars, to Allstate. We have also added an umbrella policy as we exchange our home and this keeps us covered. Great rates, great service, highly recommend!

We have been Allstate customers for over 20 years, with auto, home and umbrella policies. Fortunately, we have not had too many claims, but on the occasions that we did, we have always received excellent service. When calling with a question on a policy we get a prompt answer or return phone call. We would highly recommend the Issaquah Allstate office, and their employees, for insurance needs.

I was recently in a car accident and needed my insurance card immediately. I called Aaron’s office and I was greeted and asked what I needed. 2 mins later I received an email. I called back to file the claim and they asked if I was ok, and then we proceeded. Excellent customer service. They were there when I needed them without the hassle of verifying over and over again who I was and what I needed. They had all the info right there. This is an example of how to meet a customer’s needs.

Great rates, excellent service, highly recommend. We work with Aaron Lee at Whitcomb Insurance and Aaron has been very helpful in figuring out how to best meet our needs which have changed since we initially signed up. Haven’t yet filed a claim so I cannot speak to that experience, but so far this Allstate office has been great.
